Annual Walk for Epilepsy
Our Walk for Epilepsy is an opportunity to increase critical awareness about Epilepsy, rally together, and raise money to continue our fight to END STIGMA and ensure that there is support for people touched by Epilepsy in Durham Region. The Walk for Epilepsy is a fun family day bringing together a large cross-section of people, representing our years of commitment to people with Epilepsy and their families.
Walkers include those living with seizures and their caregivers; staff and volunteers; corporate walking teams; and, of course, members of the general public who want to join the fight to raise awareness. 1 in 100 people live with Epilepsy, and we invite you to lace up your shoes... any shoe will do! Each one of us can make a difference. Together we are unstoppable. Join other walkers and learn what inspires them to walk to END STIGMA and raise awareness.
