Seizure Smart Training Certificate
Seizure Smart is a practical virtual workshop designed specifically for Secondary Students in Durham Region to earn five hours of their volunteer Community Involvement hours while gaining valuable epilepsy knowledge.
These workshops will utilize Microsoft Teams (dates provided below) and will focus on Seizure First Response protocol, general epilepsy education, and epilepsy awareness knowledge to create epilepsy champions in our community!

Included in the Seizure Smart Training Certificate is a toolkit to help you to become an Epilepsy Champion in your school! Epilepsy Durham Region is excited to provide you with tips to run your own fundraiser, and raise much needed public awareness about epilepsy in our community.
